What Does Confirmed No Coverage Mean?

A “Confirmed No Coverage” request will be returned when we are unable to confirm coverage from a policy for whatever reason. All information as to why will be included in the notes section of your returned results.


Does FPR Offer Umbrella Services?

A umbrella search is completed on every request. There is a drop down on our submission form for you to identify if you would like to purchase the bundle. Standalone searches are available upon request. If an applicable umbrella is located, you will be notified.


Is There A Charge For An Inconclusive Report?

If we are unable to process your policy request, there is absolutely no charge to you with the expectation being Policy Existence requests (See Policy Existence page for more info). All case results must be confirmed and approved by our Quality Control team before they are sent.


What If My Findings Are Incorrect?

In the very rare instance that results are incorrect or inaccurate, we will issue a full refund no questions asked.


What If I Need To Cancel A Case

Any case cancelled in 24hrs will be free of charge. If a client wishes to cancel a request that has already been completed by our team, there will be a cancellation fee of $50. Research fees incurred in processing a case successfully are covered by this fee and researchers are compensated accordingly.


Are There Any Insurance Carriers FPR Does Not Provide Research On?

Four Pillars Research is proud to say there are only two Insurance companies we do not provide research for. We do not process requests for USAA or Wawanesa.
